ROSEBANK PROVIDES LUXURY ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES. Bed and Breakfast tariff from 2010
Guest room 1 (double ensuite)	2 nights or more	£34 pppn**
Guest room 2 (twin with private facilities)	2 nights or more	£32 pppn**
B&B prices are based on 2 people sharing, pppn = per person per night For single occupancy a supplement of £10 per night will apply. We do not accept advance bookings for single nights. No children or pets accepted. Rosebank is not suitable for wheelchair users as the inside is of a split-level design. Rosebank is strictly a non-smoking premises inside and outside** due to Lorraine's smoke allergy. Any guest who ignores this rule will be asked to leave. A minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise a charge will be made. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without notice.
